Skillset

01.
Product Strategy

Connect the dots between vision and execution with a clear narrative on the why, what and how. Prioritise opportunities and plan resources to create focus. Constant re-alignment through data and feedback.

02.
Product Operations

Define scalable framework for effective product execution. Seek out (or build) tools, templates and resources to accelerate delivery. Embed touchpoint for stakeholder input and alignment.

03.
Team Development

Hire the right people. Provide coaching and mentoring, set the right challenges to help team perform at their best. Implement a capability framework to assess skills and for goal setting. Always be learning.

04.
Problem Discovery

Sort the signals from the noise. Use data, research and industry analysis to identify the right problems to solve, and how to solve it. Find the intersect between unmet customer needs and the team's unique expertise.

05.
Roadmap & Goal Setting

Work with squads to create delivery roadmaps, setting goals for accountability. Frame opportunities for maximum innovation. Use dashboards and check-ins to track progress and provide direction when needed.

06.
Design and Research

Conduct user research and data analysis to understand customer behaviours and motivations. Apply growth tactics and gamification to shift behaviours and drive business outcomes. Facilitate workshops and co-design. Still love hands-on design.
